''Centre of old city, great service, great room” This hotel is a gem. The service was friendly and extremely helpful. Location is in the middle of the old quarter, so easy acess to Blue Mosque and other sites. Went to a recommendation from the hotel for dinner, around the corner, and the food was to die for. Rooms very comfortable and quiet but with heaps of character. Don't pass up this hotel.

What a great little hotel! The reviews that this hotel receives on TripAdvisor are thoroughly deserved. The team that run the hotel are gracious, the rooms are comfortable, the local restaurant recommendations reliable and the position of the hotel is excellent. I was there on a short business trip, but for tourists, the hotel is well positioned in the old city of Istanbul. I can't see why anyone would want to stay in a more expensive or fancier hotel. I very much look forward to my next visit.

This hotel is an absolute gem!! It's location is unbeatable as it is very close to the major sites - the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are only five minutes away by foot. The Grand Bazaar is a 15 minute walk. It is also about a 5 minute walk to the tram. The hotel is nestled away on a quiet street that is surrounded by other lodgings, restaurants and little stores. There is even a little convenience store a block away if you want snacks or fresh fruit (not a big ion but convenient). What was truly special was the great service I received.Everyone there was very friendly.t really felt like coming home every day! I'd walk through the door, plop on the couch and we would talk for a good 15 minutes about how my day went and what I had learned about this beautiful city. I would highly recommend it and would love to return one day.

This was a lovely hotel in a very accessible area. The rooms were furnished beautifully and were really warm and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and But most importantly, the service was excellent. I have no words to describe how wonderfully we were treated there by the young staff. We took a trip to Cappadocia and our flight was at 6am in the morning. We had to leave by about 4:30am for the airport. Not only did the staff prepare breakfast for us in the wee hours of the morning, they were even apologetic that they were unable to get fresh bread for us.

We loved this hotel and the service was exceptional. Thank you to Fatih for making us feel so welcomed. We really enjoyed our 4 days in Istanbul. I stayed at the Osmanhan Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. Even before arriving, the hotel helped us make transportation arrangements form and to the airport. From the minute we arrived, we felt welcomed by Fatih and the great staff, comfortable bed, very good a/c and windows that open, shower is very good. The Turkish breakfast is also very good and is served on the terrace which looks out to the Marmara sea and back to the mouth of the Bosphorus. We were surprised to find out that this hotel was very nice for money they were charging. The hotel is very well located within walking distance of the main sights of Istanbul, the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace. restaurants and to the tram stop. Thank you, Fatih, for a great experience and for all the maps and I would gladly return!

Osmanhan is a small family-run hotel, but the service is as excellent as big five-star hotels’. The owner Hamit is an honest and hospitable person. The staff is also reliable and friendly. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist gave us a hand-made map about Sultanahmet, which was very helpful because it showed not only sight-seeing points but also supermarkets and so on. Rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped. Breakfast is served on the roof-top terrace with panoramic sea-view. We were very satisfied with fresh vegetables, fruits, coffee and tea. When we came back from sight-seeing every evening, welcoming smiles of the owner and staff were a great pleasure. We spent a very marvelous time at Osmanhan Hotel.
